The Kindred Art Drawing Programs

Getting Ready 4-5 Promotes the love for reading by bonding and drawing subjects from books that will be read with them. Teaches representational drawing skills and the ability to understand the world around them through the Elements of Shape. Teaches focus and ability to follow instructions. Nurtures creativity and self-expression.

Basic Drawing 6-8 Increases more independent interpretation of instructions. The objective is to advance our students skill sets to include artistic confidence, the ability to make independent and creative choices of composition. Geography will be integrated into the lessons and will include a variety of subjects.

Drawing Fundamentals 9-13 Builds skill levels for independent creativity. Includes proportion, prospective, and shading, and light logic and understanding the proportions of the human form  through simplified ways of teaching.
