Are classes offered year round?

Yes, classes do go year round and generally meet once a week. Students may enroll any time during the year if there is availability.

How long is it recommended to take lessons?

Consistent participation is encouraged to maximize artistic skill building and self-confidence. Children will be able to progress to using different mediums and styles geared toward their age level.

Are art supplies provided?

Yes, all supplies are provided. Only the highest quality of art supplies are used. We understand that the products you use have a big place in the quality of the overall experience and piece.

What is the attendance and pickup policy?

It is important that classes always start on time. It is essential to arrive on time since important warm-ups and instructions are given at the beginning of each class. Students that arrive more than 10 minutes late may not be allowed to join the in session class. Students must be picked up promptly at the designated dismissal time. Students may need to be signed out by an authorized adult before they leave.

What is a typical lesson or class environment like?

We strive to create a quiet, non-judgmental, safe environment where students are free to explore and create their art.

We maintain a relatively small classroom size to allow for the best creative learning environment possible. To create and maintain a high standard learning environment where children can focus, we must require appropriate behavior from our students. Any activity which distracts or disrupts other students in the class, which includes late arrival, is not acceptable.

Is there a long-term contract? Can I cancel any time?

No, there is not a long-term contract. The registration subscription is either class to class or month to month. You can cancel any time using the link at the bottom of your payment receipt emails, or let us know, and we can handle it on our end. If you cancel mid-month, your child can finish out the remainder of the month for which you’ve paid.

Do you offer a trial or observation lesson?

We understand you and your child may want to see and experience the studio environment, we welcome this! Please contact us to schedule this ahead. Typically we will have you come at the end of a class session so that you can see the environment and some of the newly finished pieces.
